Here from the very beginning, Kelly is passionate about creating the wedding of your dreams at Baddow Park House. She establishes amazing relationships with her couples. Her genuine love for the job and sense of responsibility means you are in very safe hands when booking your special day. When you come for your Private Viewing, you will always be greeted with a warm welcome and given the time to ask those all important questions.

Gaynor Pearson

Principal Wedding Consultant

Gaynor has worked in the wedding industry for a number of years. You can count on her to give great advice on everything from your wedding day timings to which suppliers to use. Gaynor will be on hand to guide you through the wedding planning process and will look after you on your special day. She is a real people person. Both you and your guests will absolutely love having her at the helm. Gaynor will go the extra mile to ensure all your guests feel welcome and relaxed.

Stephanie Callanan

Currently enjoying maternity leave

Having undertaken a variety of roles within the hospitality sector, Steph is calm, efficient and loves combining her creativity and organisational skills to get every detail right for our couples.

Stephanie is a real hard-worker and is not afraid to get her hands dirty! She will support her team to take any wedding day surprises in their stride.

Sam Cook

Head Gardener

After finishing school, Sam decided to go to Writtle college where he studied horticulture as well as hard and soft landscaping. After gaining his certificates from Writtle, he worked at a wholesale nursery and made his way through the ranks, leading as head grower for 9 years.

Coming from a farming background Sam has always been interested in working outdoors, so being Head Gardener at Baddow Park house is the ideal place for his creativeness to be shown to its full potential. You will often be greeted by Sam’s warm welcome as you come on to the Estate and will witness what an integral part of the venue his gardens are!

Angela Strickland - Eales

Bar & Beverage Manager

With a solid background in visual marketing, Angela’s touch is evident in every aesthetically pleasing detail of the bars around Baddow Park House. She is dedicated and hard-working, making her presence known from your initial private viewing all the way to the end of your wedding night! With extensive experience, Angela, along with her assistant Lara, is committed to pulling out all the stops to provide you with the best bar service possible.

Guest Liaison

Lisa Piper, our dedicated Guest Liaison, is the hardworking force behind the scenes, meticulously organising everything ‘admin’. Known for her organisational prowess, Lisa can craft the most efficient spreadsheets you’ve ever seen, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed. Her commitment guarantees a seamless experience, working tirelessly to ensure everything runs smoothly for your special day.

Michele is calm, relaxed and always ready to help. Tasked with making sure the house and bedrooms are presented the highest standard, her composed attitude will make you feel right at home.
