Sunday is normally a very busy day at the House. Usually couples would have come along for a private viewing and to see how we could host their perfect wedding celebrations. We would also have had couples that have already booked come back to see us and the progress with the renovation works. Maybe even have the odd photo shoot on a Sunday, it was amazing to see the House dressed ready for a wedding.
When we started renovating around 12 months ago, none of us could have predicted the outbreak of COVID-19 and the dramatic effect this has had on every day life (as well as wedding season!) We are working closely with our couples that are due to get married during the initial ‘lockdown’ period and then beyond. We appreciate how difficult this period of uncertainty is for all and we will do all we can to support our couples to reschedule their dates if required.
Whilst we are unable to host private viewings, we are trying to find alternative ways to showcase the house. We have some architects drawings that we will publish shortly that will show the flow of the House and gardens. We hope this will help prospective couples get a feel of how we can host their perfect day. We will continue to post photos of the renovation works so that you can see the style and decor of the House (not to mention the attention to detail!) We are working on getting some video footage out shortly and will share this with you as soon as we can.
