“When I am not spending time with my family, you will find me at Baddow Park House. I have worked at this amazing exclusive wedding venue since the outset, and it’s everything I dreamed it would be and more!
There really is no other venue like it. It stands out as a private country house that has the ability to host a truly bespoke wedding from start to finish. With unique features such as the log shed bar and the fire pit which are both recent additions to the house, it gives couples the opportunity to put their own stamp on the venue and get creative with what the house has to offer.
As Operations Manager, regardless of the challenges I sometimes face, I think my ability to be ridiculously organised, calm and efficient definitely helps. I’m pretty unflappable and take any wedding day surprises in my stride, so couples don’t have to worry about a thing.
I’m often asked, what is my most memorable moment since working at Baddow Park House, but that’s hard to answer as there have been so many. 2021 was a very special year for me though, as I felt honoured to have helped so many couples finally achieve their dream wedding despite all the challenges that Covid threw at them”.

One of my most memorable moments was the wedding of Zoe & Reece, it rained for an entire week before their big day and just as they arrived at the venue, a rainbow appeared, the sun came out and it was blue skies for the entire weekend”.
